We do everything we can to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you purchased, it may be returned within 30 days for a refund or an exchange.
Notify Us
Golden Eagle Outdoors must be notified if you would like a refund or exchange. If the merchandise is returned without prior notification and/or without an RMA number, no refunds will be made.
How To Request A Refund Or Exchange:
In order to request a refund or exchange, go to My Account, enter your login information, select your order, and then enter your RMA request. Or, you may notify us by phone, email, or contact us.
Returns And Exchanges:
- Obtain an RMA number from us.
- All original product packaging and accessories for the product must be included with the item that is returned.
- The product must be in new condition, and in its original packaging.
- When your return is ready to be shipped to us, we'll take care of the rest.
- A refund will be issued when the product is received at Golden Eagle Outdoors with an RMA number.
- The total price of the merchandise (merchandise, shipping, sales tax) will be included in the refund.
- If you are exchanging an item, we will ship out a new item for you after we receive the old item.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all products returned without the original packaging, is used, or without all of the original product packaging and accessories. The restocking fee does not apply if the product was damaged or is defective.
Damaged Merchandise
If the merchandise you received is damaged during shipment, we will be happy to replace it. Contact us and we will arrange for a new item to be shipped out to you.
Defective Merchandise
If the merchandise you received is damaged, broken, or does not work. Please contact the manufacturer for warranty service before contacting us. Many times they can repair or replace the product for you.
Right To Cancel
You have the right to cancel an order without any charge to you within three calendar days of placing an order, or before your order is shipped.
