Where are you located? We are located in Fargo, ND with warehouses in various locations across the United States. Most of the items that we offer are shipped from the warehouses.

What is your shipping and return policy? Products are shipped via USPS or UPS, and we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on the products that we sell. Please look at the Shipping Info and Return Info which can be found through the Customer Service page.
What do you do with customer information? We value the trust you place in us and we do our best to maintain your privacy. Customer information that we obtain is only used in the processing of orders and is kept confidential. We do not store your credit card information in order to prevent misuse of that information. Do you have more products than what's on your website? We have hundreds of products available that haven't been put up on the website yet. If there is anything you are looking for, please let us know.
Do you have a print catalog? The catalog on the website is the best we can offer. Product offerings change frequently and a print catalog would be out of date by the time you would receive it.

Do you ship Internationally? No, we are not offering international shipping at this time.
What shipping methods do you offer? Items are shipped via USPS or UPS. We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time. See our Shipping Info for details.
What Are Your Shipping Rates? Our shipping rates are based on the product shipping weight and are calculated by UPS/USPS before you complete checkout.
How do you handle backorders? Backorders are very frustrating for us and our customers. We hold an order for the product until it is available for shipment, or 60 days. If it doesn't become available within 60 days, we will cancel the order unless our customer requests otherwise. We keep our customers informed about the status of their order, and any possible alternatives they may consider.
Do you have a return policy? We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on all the products we deliver. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. See our Return Info for the details.
Do you carry firearms? We do not hold the specific licenses necessary for selling firearms, and we do not intend on selling them in the future. We would recommend you visit your local firearms dealer to purchase a firearm that is best for you.
Do you carry hunting bows? We do not carry bows, nor do we intend to in the future. We recommend that you visit your local dealer to purchase the bow that fits you best.
