- The product and packaging needs to be in new, unused, and resalable condition
- A refund will be issued when the product is received at Golden Eagle Outdoors with prior notification
- The total price of the merchandise (merchandise, shipping, sales tax) will be included in the refund

Shipping Info UNITED STATES DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We usually ship in stock items within 1-2 business days via USPS, DHL, UPS or FEDEX, and we will provide the customer the tracking number when it becomes available. The shipping rates are based on the actual shipping rates obtained from UPS or USPS, depending on which one is chosen at checkout. We do not have the ability to ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are not shipping internationally at this time.
OVERSIZE ITEMS
Some items that we offer are oversize and include additional shipping costs.
BACKORDERS
We try to get the purchased item(s) shipped as soon as possible but there could be instances when it may take longer than expected. Inventory of items change frequently, so it is impossible to guarantee that a particular item will always be in stock when it is ordered. We try to offer items that are not subject to backorder, but it is possible that this may occur. Backorders are held for a maximum of 60 days, if the product does not become available for shipment within 60 days, we will cancel the order unless our customer requests otherwise.
